Private Advertiser on the Gold Coast Australia is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our established business within the property and building services sector. This hands-on, data-driven leader will work with the Senior Leadership Team to drive strategy, people development, and operational excellence across NSW and QLD.

The role reports to Directors and focuses on turning data into action, shaping performance, and delivering measurable results.

Qualificações

• Proven senior leadership experience in GM/Operations roles.
• Exceptional people leadership with ability to develop managers and teams.
• Strong operational management with a track record of improving processes and performance.
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with ability to interpret reporting and drive decisions.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and KPIs across multiple functions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability and expansion.
• Oversee performance and strategic direction of Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop an established leadership team and drive accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, systems, processes and workflows.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and develop dashboards.
