Randstad is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to support the Digital Mine line in Fountaindale, NSW. You will manage international orders, coordinate logistics, and liaise with sales and engineering to ensure on‑time delivery of high-tech electronic products.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in similar roles, strong ERP skills (Oracle/SAP), and excellent communication. A valid driver’s license is required; working rights in Australia must be held.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2–5 years in a similar customer service or admin role.
• ERP proficiency with Oracle or SAP is highly desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Electronics or mining industry experience is a plus.
• Understanding of import/export and international trade requirements is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle due to limited public transport in Fountaindale.
• Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service support to the Digital Mine business for electronic products.
• Process domestic and international orders in ERP/Oracle ensuring timely delivery.
• Determine and book international transportation while complying with trade regulations.
• Assist with milestone billings and support revenue targets.
• Communicate order status and delivery times to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams within a local team.
