Job summary

Hexagon Mining in Western Australia is seeking a FT Order Specialist to support supply chain and logistics operations across two facilities. The role involves processing customer sales orders, coordinating with multiple internal teams, and handling purchase orders and related documentation.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in logistics or accounts administration, be proficient with ERP systems (preferably SAP), and excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, customer service, or accounts administration in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Experience using ERP systems for customer accounts and order management (preferably SAP).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, production, finance, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, Sales, Finance and other stakeholders to support order fulfilment.
• Process and administer purchase orders, contract renewals, sales orders and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support for logistics requirements as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects as the team grows.
