Job summary

Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join the Digital Mine team in Fountaindale, NSW. You will manage high-tech product delivery and international trade, delivering exceptional service for electronic products and coordinating orders.

The role encompasses liaison, order processing in ERP/Oracle, international logistics, milestone billings support, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and engineering.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar customer service or administration role.
• High level of competency with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Electronics or Mining industry experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of import/export transactions and international trade requirements.
• High attention to detail and strong mathematical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle due to limited public transport in Fountaindale.
• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Customer Liaison: Provide excellent customer service support for a range of electronic products.
• Order Management: Process domestic and international orders in ERP/Oracle to ensure timely delivery.
• Logistics & Export: Arrange international transportation and ensure compliant documentation.
• Financial Support: Assist with milestone billings and support revenue targets.
• Communication: Update customers on order status and delivery estimates.
• Team Collaboration: Work with sales and engineering across a local team.
