Responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Manage the Sales Inbox and process web and customer orders.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately.
• Process returns and assist with stock discrepancies.
• Provide basic product and technical support, including Hotronix heat presses.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, leads and quotes.
• Learn our products and NetSuite systems; adapt to team needs.
