Job summary

Council on International Education and Exchange (CIEE) in Sydney seeks a Temporary Casual (38hrs) Program Coordinator to support inbound US Study Abroad programs for High School and College. You will assist with on-site student support, activities, and logistics, reporting to the Program Manager.

The role requires experience in student services or program coordination, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field such as Education, International Relations, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in student services or program coordination, preferably in an international/educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to students, ensuring a positive experience.
• Lead or assist with cultural activities, excursions and social events for students.
• Deliver high-level administrative support including communications, finance, and logistics.
• Respond to medical and other emergencies, reporting incidents via Salesforce.
• Maintain compliance with CIEE policies on health, safety and security.
