Job summary

CIEE in Sydney is seeking a Temporary Casual Study Abroad Program Coordinator to support inbound US study abroad programs for High School and College students from November 2026 through July 2027, with potential extension. You will work with the Program Manager to ensure seamless program delivery in a fast-paced international education environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in student services or program coordination.
• Experience in international or educational settings preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support, guidance, and assistance to students throughout the program experience.
• Facilitate and lead cultural activities, excursions, and social events in Sydney.
• Deliver administrative support related to communications, finance, and logistics.
• Support smooth delivery of program activities and operations.
• Respond to medical and other emergencies appropriately.
• Ensure timely reporting of student cases and incidents to management using Salesforce.
• Maintain compliance with CIEE health, safety, and security policies.
• Assist with student life and program coordination activities across multiple areas.
• Support study abroad program operations for High School and College student groups.
