Responsibilities

• Support business‑critical warehouse automation systems and software applications for customers across the globe.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with software, infrastructure, database, and technical specialist teams across Australia and Europe.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability and customer performance.
