Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Service Integration Engineer based in Melbourne to join our Global Service Desk. You will support world-class warehouse automation systems and software, collaborating across Australia and Europe to resolve complex issues and keep customer operations running smoothly.

You will investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to service improvements while working in a hybrid setup with strong cross-functional collaboration and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Support or Enterprise Software Support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem and Change processes.
• Experience with integrations between software and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Support business-critical warehouse automation systems and software applications for customers globally.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues.
• Analyse logs, system data, and application behaviour to diagnose complex technical problems.
• Coordinate with software, infrastructure, database, and technical specialist teams across Australia and Europe.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes and best practice.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability and customer performance.
• Support Service Transition Operations activities and contribute to knowledge sharing within the global support team.

What makes you a great fit?

• Experience in Application Support, Systems Support, Infrastructure Support, Enterprise Software Support, or a similar technical support environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues beyond first-line support.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications, enterprise systems, or technology platforms.
• Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• A proactive, curious approach to problem-solving, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SQL, system integrations, Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), warehouse automation, Splunk, Elasticsearch, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or ActiveMQ will be highly regarded.
