Qualifications

• Experience in Application/Systems/Infrastructure Support or similar technical environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change Management.
• Experience with enterprise software, warehouse automation or similar platforms.
• Proactive, curious problem-solver with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support global warehouse automation systems and software applications for customers worldwide.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve underlying issues.
• Analyze logs and data to diagnose complex technical problems.
• Coordinate with software, infrastructure, database, and technical teams across regions.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes.
• Contribute to service improvement and knowledge sharing within the global team.
