Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Melbourne is seeking a Service Integration Engineer to join our Global Service Desk team. You will investigate and resolve complex technical issues across warehouse automation and software solutions, collaborating with experts in Australia and Europe to keep customer operations running smoothly.

You will work on incident management, root cause analysis, and system integrations using SQL, WCS/WMS, Docker, Kubernetes, and other modern tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in Application Support, Systems Support, Infrastructure Support, Enterprise Software Support, or a similar technical support environment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex technical issues beyond first-line support.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications, enterprise systems, or technology platforms.
• Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support business-critical warehouse automation systems and software applications for customers across the globe.
• Investigate incidents and service disruptions, performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues.
• Analyse logs, system data, and application behaviour to diagnose complex technical problems.
• Coordinate with software, infrastructure, database, and technical specialist teams across Australia and Europe.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes and best practice.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives that enhance system reliability and customer performance.
• Support Service Transition Operations activities and contribute to knowledge sharing within the global support team.
