Responsibilities

• Support business-critical warehouse automation systems and software applications for global customers.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to resolve underlying issues.
• Analyse logs, system data, and application behaviour to diagnose problems.
• Coordinate with software, infrastructure, database, and technical teams across Australia and Europe.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes per ITIL best practices.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives to increase reliability.
• Assist Service Transition Operations and share knowledge within the global team.
