Qualifications

• Experience supporting business-critical applications, enterprise systems, or technology platforms.
• Understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support business-critical warehouse automation systems and software applications for customers globally.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analysis to resolve underlying issues.
• Analyse logs, system data, and application behaviour to diagnose complex problems.
• Coordinate with software, infrastructure, database, and technical specialist teams across Australia and Europe.
