Job summary

Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC is seeking a Renewal Specialist to manage a global renewal portfolio for a SaaS platform built on Oracle NetSuite. The role emphasizes proactive renewal execution, value-based negotiations, and collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations.

You will own forecasts, refine renewal playbooks, and drive revenue retention while supporting pricing updates and cross-functional improvements in a fully remote, fast-paced SaaS

Qualifications

• Experience renewing recurring SaaS services and managing renewals at scale.
• Strong commercial acumen with value-based conversations on pricing and usage.
• Familiarity with ARR, MRR, churn, NRR metrics and renewal forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own a renewal book across global accounts and be the renewals expert for those customers.
• Run pre-renewal reviews with Customer Success and emphasize service value.
• Deliver renewal proposals and negotiate terms within set parameters.
• Identify opportunities for early renewals, multi-year commitments, and upsell.
• Mitigate churn through proactive outreach and risk management.
• Maintain CRM data with accurate opportunity stages and notes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to execute contracts.
• Forecast renewals and contribute to revenue planning and targets.
• Support pricing transitions and renewal playbooks for process improvements.
• Share product feedback to relevant teams and help onboard new teammates.
