Job summary

Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC, a leading ERP-native AI platform for NetSuite, seeks a Renewal Specialist to own the services renewal lifecycle for a global customer portfolio. You will manage renewal conversations, align value, and drive retention and revenue outcomes.

In a remote-first SaaS environment, you will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to execute renewals at scale while maintaining audit-ready documentation and accurate CRM

Qualifications

1-2+ years of experience in renewals, customer success, account management, or services sales.
Experience managing renewals at scale in a SaaS or fintech environment.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to lead conversations around value, usage, and pricing.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a defined renewal book of business across global customer accounts, serving as the primary contact for renewal activities.
Apply segmentation strategies to prioritize engagement and personalize outreach, following a renewal calendar.
Conduct pre-renewal usage and health reviews with Customer Success, reinforcing service value in renewals.
