Job summary

Zone & Co is seeking a Renewal Specialist, Services Sales to manage renewal lifecycle for a global SaaS portfolio within a remote-first organization. You will own renewal activity across global accounts, deliver proactive engagement, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to optimize retention and revenue.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in renewals or services sales, strong commercial instincts, experience with ARR/MRR metrics,

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years' renewals, CS, or services sales experience.
• SaaS/fintech renewals at scale experience.
• Strong commercial acumen for value conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined renewal book of business across global accounts.
• Negotiate renewal terms within approved guidelines.
• Forecast renewals and contribute to revenue planning.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations.
• Maintain CRM records and renewal metrics.
