Job summary

Grace Mobility is seeking a proactive Mobility Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover. You will support relocating employees through pre-departure, arrival and settlement activities across Australia and abroad, coordinating domestic and international moves in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strong client relationships, manage accounts, generate reports and invoices, and collaborate with service partners to ensure exceptional service for diverse organisations.

Qualifications

• Relocation or Assignment Management experience – preferred.
• A good understanding of HR's role within an organisation regarding employee movements.
• Commitment and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• A proven ability to create, maintain and develop client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing deadlines and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel.
• Industry-related learning or qualifications such as TEMI, FIDI, AHRI or ERC courses would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support clients' relocating employees with pre-departure, on-arrival and settlement activities for international and domestic moves.
• Coordinate domestic and international relocations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and service partners.
• Maintain day-to-day responsibility for allocated accounts, including reporting, database management and invoicing.
