Grace Mobility is seeking a proactive Mobility Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover. You will support relocating employees through pre-departure, arrival and settlement activities across Australia and abroad, coordinating domestic and international moves in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strong client relationships, manage accounts, generate reports and invoices, and collaborate with service partners to ensure exceptional service for diverse organisations.

Competenze

• Relocation or Assignment Management experience – preferred.
• A good understanding of HR's role within an organisation regarding employee movements.
• Commitment and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Grace Mobility is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Mobility Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, liaising with people at all levels of management and from culturally diverse backgrounds, while gaining exposure to companies and organisations across Australia and around the world.

The Mobility Specialist is part of a national team that delivers an extensive range of assignment management and relocation-related services to corporate clients.

Reporting to the Mobility Team Leader, the role includes:

• Supporting clients' relocating employees with the pre-departure, on-arrival and settlement activities associated with moving both internationally and domestically

• Coordinating domestic and international relocations

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service partners

In addition to coordinating relocation activities, the Mobility Specialist maintains day-to-day responsibility for their allocated accounts, including reporting, database management and invoicing.

Client and customer service is central to the role, and successful candidates will have strong communication, decision-making, time management and problem-solving skills.

• Relocation or Assignment Management experience – preferred
