St John of God Health Care is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Advisor for a 12‑month parental leave contract. You will coordinate international recruitment and mobility, guiding caregivers from offer through to onboarding and employment.

You will manage visas and immigration, liaising with stakeholders and service providers while maintaining compliance and delivering a positive candidate and employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in global mobility or international recruitment.
• Customer‑focused approach to relocation and onboarding.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and enhance SJGHC’s global mobility program for international caregivers.
• Manage visa, sponsorship and immigration processes with compliance.
• Serve as main contact for internationally recruited employees, hiring managers and partners.
• Monitor supplier and partner performance to improve service delivery and ROI.
• Develop, maintain and improve mobility processes, documentation and reporting.
