Acusensus is seeking an organised Learning and Development Coordinator to run the learning calendar, onboarding and compliance training, and internal development programs across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. You will manage the LMS, design induction pathways, and track participation while using AI tools to analyse data and propose improvements.

This role requires travel nationally and flexibility to support a global team across time zones, helping to deliver

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating learning and development programs across multiple regions.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and formats (workshops, online learning, coaching, blended).
• Proven ability to manage LMS platforms and HR tech.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate learning programs from start to finish, including scheduling and facilitator liaison.
• Administer LMS: course setup, enrolments, tracking and reporting.
• Design onboarding and 30/60/90 day learning pathways for key roles across regions.
• Coordinate mandatory and compliance training and track completion.
• Use AI tools to analyse learning data and recommend improvements to leadership.
• Run onboarding and learning feedback surveys and report outcomes.
• Manage external training providers and maintain learning records and budget.
