Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) is seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant / Solution Lead to deliver a modern enterprise learning platform across Australia. The role focuses on LMS implementation, system integrations with HR and reporting, and delivering scalable digital learning experiences.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design multi-tenant configurations, support adoption, and provide training.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting enterprise Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
• Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems (HR and reporting).
• Support learner management, program administration, reporting and records.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and data sharing across groups.
• Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused learning experiences.
• Provide advice on optimization, adoption and platform enhancements.
• Manage stakeholder engagements and gather requirements.
• Develop implementation plans, documentation and delivery reporting.
• Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
• Provide training to stakeholders and administrators.
