Job summary

Acusensus Australia is seeking an organised Learning & Development Coordinator to run the learning calendar, onboarding and compliance training across Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the US. You will manage the LMS, track participation and outcomes, and use AI tools to optimise programs.

You’ll design induction pathways, coordinate mandatory training, and partner with external providers while keeping accurate records and budget data.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating learning and development programs across regions.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and HR tech like Mindsmith.ai, Go1 and Employment Hero.
• Experience using AI tools to support learning and development processes, decision making and reporting.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree or 3 years equivalent experience, plus Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Willingness to complete police and driving history checks and to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs from start to finish, including scheduling and facilitator liaison, and leadership programs.
• Administer the LMS with course setup, enrolments, completion tracking and reporting.
• Design onboarding programs with 30, 60 and 90 day learning pathways for key role families.
• Coordinate mandatory and compliance training and follow up with employees, managers and trainers on completion.
• Use AI tools to analyse training data and recommend new AI use cases to the People leadership team.
• Run onboarding and learning feedback surveys and report on participation and outcomes.
• Manage external training providers and keep learning records and L&D budget tracking accurate.
