Zusammenfassung

Q-CTRL is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to maintain security and compliance across our global footprint, drive scalability and resilience, and partner with teams to ensure IT enables productivity rather than blocking it.

You will manage end-to-end helpdesk, asset lifecycle, cloud IAM, and global infrastructure while partnering with vendors and the broader Operations team to craft a pragmatic, scalable IT roadmap forward.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Google Workspace administrator and strong identity management principles (provisioning, SSO, hygiene).
• Experience managing MacOS and Windows endpoints at scale via MDM tools (ideally Iru).
• Biased for action with ability to switch between tactical troubleshooting and strategic roadmapping.
• Strong networking experience configuring, troubleshooting, and securing networks including Windows/Linux servers.
• Hands-on service desk and IT asset inventory management experience.
• Security-first approach with data loss prevention and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 compliant environments.
• Clear, collaborative communication across time zones with non-technical staff.
• Startup culture: speed and adaptability.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End helpdesk management: leading triage and execution of requests for global teams.
• Fleet & asset lifecycle: manage global endpoint fleet, security compliance, provisioning/de-provisioning hardware assets.
• Cloud & identity administration: manage core cloud services and IAM across IT assets.
• Global infrastructure & networking: maintain and optimize on-prem servers, switches, printers, VPNs.
• Vendor & partner management: evaluate IT vendors and plan cost-effective improvements.
• Build IT roadmap: audit global setup, identify tech debt, create scalable roadmap.
