Job summary

Kelly+Partners Accountants is seeking a proactive IT Support professional to join our growing team. You’ll provide hands-on support across our offices, ensuring smooth operations for Partners, managers, and staff.

The role emphasizes strong relationships, system reliability, and efficient onboarding and offboarding of users. You’ll administer Microsoft 365, manage endpoints, collaborate with MSPs, and contribute to cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on IT experience, preferably in professional services.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, user access, and license administration.
• Comfortable supporting Partners and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on IT support to Partners, managers, and staff across offices.
• Build strong relationships with Partners to understand technology needs and provide reliable support.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including provisioning, licensing, security, and collaboration tools.
• Manage endpoints (Windows laptops/desktops), onboarding/offboarding, and equipment setup.
• Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and MSPs.
• Support IT aspects of new office onboarding and integrations.
• Assist with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA and access controls.
• Support practice management, document management, and collaboration platforms.
• Manage IT requests using a ticket-based support model.
• Support AI and automation initiatives, including user access for AI tools.
• Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and records.
