Job summary

Gridsight is hiring an IT Operations Manager to own IT operations end-to-end, from devices and SaaS tools to access management and audit readiness. You will lead the employee lifecycle IT experience, including onboarding and offboarding, while driving SOC 2 Type II compliance and ISO 27001 readiness.

This role reports to the VP of Operations and is ideal for someone who can build scalable processes, document workflows, and partner with engineering and People teams to maintain secure, efficient

Qualifications

• Experience owning IT operations and/or security compliance at a scaling SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with identity providers and device/endpoint management.
• Track record of contributing to SOC2 Type II / ISO27001 style audits.

Responsibilities

• Own IT operations across the company, from devices to SaaS tools and vendor relations.
• Manage employee lifecycle IT requirements, onboarding, offboarding, access control and audits.
• Maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and contribute to ISO 27001 efforts.
• Develop and maintain security policies and practical controls for day-to-day operations.
