Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR and Payroll Process Senior Expert to lead global Time and Pay process design, documentation and compliance. You will partner with senior stakeholders across regions to translate requirements into scalable process solutions and ensure smooth integrations with external providers.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of payroll processes, design and compliance.
• Senior Stakeholder Management experience.
• Strong Excel skills for data validation.
• Experience with Time & Pay processes in HR systems (Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP).
• Very good business English.
• Experience designing payroll/time interfaces (not coding) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on Business Process Optimization for Time and Pay globally.
• Interpret and test interface design for payroll data delivery to external vendor systems.
• Own end-to-end processes: collection, assessment, and standardization of existing processes.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations for escalations.
• Standardize Work Time and Pay processes with BPO peers and stakeholders outside the HR organization.
• Design changes to the Target Operating Model (TOM) and communicate updates.
