Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience supporting HR or Payroll system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/Payroll platforms such as Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enhancement of HRIS and payroll systems.
• Engage with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document requirements.
• Analyse existing HR and payroll processes for gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop and support HR and payroll reporting and dashboards.
