Job summary

DHL is seeking an HR and Payroll Process Senior Expert to drive global Time and Pay processes, with a strong focus on integrations to external providers. You will collaborate with IT and global HR teams to design, document and implement streamlined processes across regions.

The role requires extensive payroll knowledge, senior stakeholder engagement, and experience with major HR systems. A high level of business English is essential, and opportunities exist within a large, diverse, international

Qualifications

Good understanding of payroll processes, design and compliance.
Demonstrated Senior Stakeholder Management.
Strong Excel skills to support data validation.
Experience with HR systems Time & Pay in Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP.
Very good business English.

Responsibilities

Provide expertise on global Time and Pay processes and documentation.
Interpret and test interface design for Time and Payroll data to external vendor systems.
End-to-end responsibility for Time and Pay processes in TOM alignment.
Identify risks, propose mitigations and resolve escalations.
Standardize Time and Pay processes across HR and payroll stakeholders.
Design changes to Time and Pay processes and communicate updates.
