You’ll help drive employee experience across a large unionised workforce and support transformation programs in a dynamic, growing business.

• Strong HR generalist experience with a focus on employee relations and case management.

• Provide practical and commercially focused HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage high volumes of employee relations cases, investigations, and performance matters.
• Support leaders with Fair Work, policy compliance, and ER matters in a unionised environment.
• Build trusted relationships with frontline teams in a fast-moving business.
• Contribute to people initiatives, organisational change and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and broader People teams to improve employee experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and practical solutions.”
