Job summary

CANDII is seeking a Business Development Manager to own the full new-business cycle across air, sea and road freight for a global forwarder. Based in Perth, you’ll build the pipeline, qualify leads, create proposals and close deals, with a strong commission and a $20k car allowance.

You’ll travel to meet clients, enjoy a supportive team, and operate with minimal activity KPIs while leveraging a global network for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years selling freight forwarding with a track record of winning new business.
• Able to quote and discuss margins independently.
• Full Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run direct sales activity, building pipeline through the CRM.
• Identify, qualify and convert prospects across air, sea and road freight.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations with accurate pricing.
