Ligentia Australia is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead new business across freight forwarding and supply chain services in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane). You will identify and win new clients, own the full sales cycle from needs assessment to proposal and close, and build multi-service partnerships across ocean, air, customs, 3PL/4PL warehousing and inland transport.

Competenze

• 5+ years of freight & logistics or freight forwarding sales experience.
• Collaborative team-approach mentality.
• Proven success winning and growing multi-service accounts.
• CRM and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong commercial acumen and executive presence.
• Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel interstate.

Mansioni

• Proactively identifying, pursuing and closing new business across our full-service offering
• Owning the full sales cycle — from needs assessment & qualification, through to proposal, negotiation, close & implementation support
• Building a self-generated pipeline through networking, referrals and targeted outreach
• Growing existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell across the service portfolio
• Partnering with Operations, Account Management, Customer Service & Solution Design to deliver seamless outcomes
