Job summary

ELLIATT, founded in Sydney, is expanding its ecommerce team to accelerate growth across the US and international markets. You will own global online trading, elevate the customer experience and drive revenue through Shopify, Klaviyo, CRO, SEO and AI-driven automation.

You’ll lead the Ecommerce & Operations Coordinator, partner with internal teams and external partners, and deliver measurable improvements in conversion, retention and lifetime value while managing budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving ecommerce revenue and growth in fashion/lifestyle brands.
• Strong track record in CRO, testing and turning insights into action.
• Deep understanding of SEO and opportunities in GEO adoption for ecommerce.
• Comfort analysing sales, stock, returns and customer data to inform actions.
• Experience managing ecommerce tech partners and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ecommerce trading with weekly and seasonal revenue targets.
• Focus on US growth while expanding Australia and other markets.
• Oversee website presentation, launches, navigation and product discovery on desktop and mobile.
• Lead CRO programme to remove friction and improve conversion.
• Identify returns drivers and optimise product information and sizing tooling.
• Lead Klaviyo lifecycle strategy, flows, segmentation and retention.
• Manage SEO agency, prioritise tasks and measure outcomes.
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation across ecommerce workflows.
• Own Shopify and ecommerce tech roadmap, manage partners and launches.
• Deliver budgeted performance with clear reporting on forecast vs. prior year.
• Coach and develop the Ecommerce & Operations Coordinator.
