Job summary

Lovisa is seeking an experienced eCommerce Lead to drive day-to-day trading across website and app platforms in Melbourne and international markets. You will lead a small team, optimize performance, and execute the global eCommerce calendar for product launches and promotions.

You will monitor analytics, identify opportunities, and collaborate with IT, UX, and marketing to deliver improvements that boost conversion, retention and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce, ideally in fashion, retail or beauty.
• Strong Shopify experience.
• Proven commercial trading, eCommerce merchandising and CRO experience.
• Experience working across international teams and markets.
• Experience managing and developing a small team.
• Attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• GA4, analytics tools and PIM experience.
• Strong data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own trading performance and daily management of website and app channels across markets.
• Develop and represent the global eCommerce trade calendar for launches and promotions.
• Monitor performance daily and provide insights to drive trade.
• Lead day-to-day management and optimisation of website and app platforms.
• Implement CRO and merchandising strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide recommendations to improve website experience and profitability.
• Collaborate with IT, UX, planning and external agencies to deliver improvements.
• Lead and develop a small team of direct reports.
• Contribute to additional projects to improve efficiency and performance.
