Job summary

ETISK is seeking a Head of Ecommerce for a founder-led Australian home and lifestyle brand. You will own the ecommerce function, drive revenue, and shape international growth from the top. The role reports to the founder and requires hands-on leadership with strategic decision-making.

You’ll own trading across regions, optimize conversion and retention, and build the team as the brand scales. A lean environment rewards decisive action and clear commercial ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in D2C ecommerce with two or more years running an online store or channel generating $20m+ annually.
• Extensive Shopify knowledge and confidence working directly in the platform.
• Commercial ownership of trading, promotions and performance improvements.
• Oversight of Klaviyo or a comparable email and SMS platform.
• Trading across multiple regions or currencies.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or TikTok Shop.
• Working in a lean business where you’ve had to prioritise, make decisions and deliver with limited resources.

Responsibilities

• Own ecommerce performance across revenue, conversion, average order value and contribution margin for domestic and international stores.
• Build and run the promotional calendar, adapting activity and messaging to each market.
• Improve the customer journey across product pages, landing pages and checkout, working with the content team on copy, imagery and page structure.
• Oversee email and SMS through Klaviyo, connecting activity to the trading calendar and opportunities to bring customers back.
• Channel coordination: ensure paid and organic social activity aligns with store activity.
• Marketplaces: develop Amazon and TikTok Shop listings and assets.
• Commercial decisions: provide the founder with a clear weekly view of performance and prioritise focus areas.
• Team growth: identify and build the ecommerce function as needed.
