My client, a global accessories brand, seeks a senior eCommerce & Digital Lead to drive online growth from Melbourne. You’ll own trading performance, customer experience, and the digital marketing strategy, turning insights into action.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams in marketing, brand, merchandising and operations within a fast, agile environment to shape the digital presence and accelerate revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience leading eCommerce for consumer/retail/fashion or accessories brands.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive online revenue, conversion and profitability.
• Experience managing digital marketing channels and integrated customer acquisition/retention strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into action.
• Strong understanding of online merchandising and end-to-end eCommerce journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day website trading and performance across global markets, driving revenue and profitability.
• Develop and execute digital/eCommerce strategy to expand reach and accelerate growth.
• Oversee digital marketing across paid media, SEO, email, CRM and organic touchpoints to drive traffic and retention.
• Own the end-to-end online customer journey using data and testing to improve usability and conversion.
• Ensure brand consistency and product storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable recommendations for commercial decisions.
• Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver campaigns, launches and digital projects on time.
• Identify opportunities across technology and processes to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
