Job summary

NOJA Power, based in Murarrie, Brisbane, seeks a Customer Service Co-ordinator to manage domestic and international sales orders from our manufacturing facility. You will generate order confirmations and price calculations in SAP B1, and create shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.

You will coordinate freight, update customers on deliveries, and collaborate with sales, production and warehouse teams to ensure timely order execution. Brisbane-based role.

Qualifications

• Administration & Business experience.
• SAP and International logistics experience will be highly regarded.
• MS Office skills (Word & Excel).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Applicants with International business or Logistics or Commercial degree are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process Domestic and International Sales orders with Business Development Managers.
• Prepare order confirmations and price calculations via SAP B1.
• Prepare shipping documents including commercial invoices and packing lists via SAP.
• Handle Letter of Credits payment claims.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight with freight agents.
