NOJA Power in Brisbane’s Murarrie is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to lead strategic procurement, supplier sourcing, and contract administration, collaborating with production to ensure on-time, cost-effective purchasing.

Candidates should have 3–5 years commercial procurement experience, domestic and international exposure, SAP/ERP familiarity, strong analytical and communication skills, and a relevant business degree.

Qualifications

3-5 years commercial experience in similar role.
Domestic and international procurement experience.
Demonstrated ability in MRP and ERP systems, SAP experience will be highly regarded.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferably a business degree majoring in supply and logistics or relevant industry experience.
Team and stakeholder engagement; strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Lead strategic procurement, including commercial analysis, negotiation and awarding contracts.
Source domestic and international suppliers to drive procurement efficiencies.
Administer and manage supplier agreements; monitor performance and KPIs.
Negotiate and agree price lists with key suppliers.
Collaborate with production to manage logistics and purchasing processes.
Deliver cost savings through improved purchasing practices.
