• Experience in customer service or operations within a freight forwarding environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders and monitor shipment readiness.
• Provide customers with regular updates on order progress and shipment status.
• Prepare freight quotations and respond to customer enquiries.
• Coordinate the handover of shipments to the Operations team once ready to proceed.
• Assist with new customer onboarding, account setup and associated administration.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the order management process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
