Job summary

Cox Purtell Staffing Services is recruiting on behalf of a Fortune 500 SaaS client for a 9-month Customer Success program delivery role in Sydney, Australia. You will drive local delivery, coordinating with a UK-based team while collaborating with Australian stakeholders.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering projects, building plans with milestones, tracking progress, and reporting findings to improve operations. Prior experience in SaaS/Fintech is highly desirable.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in project management, program delivery or business operations.
Experience in large SaaS or fintech environments is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfort working across cross-functional teams and varying requirements.
Proficient in spreadsheets and presentations; basic familiarity with AI tools; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver local Customer Success projects and program activities from start to finish.
Build clear project plans with tasks, owners, deadlines and key milestones.
Work with Australian and UK teams to agree priorities and follow up on actions.
Track progress, identify delays or risks early and help resolve issues before they escape.
Prepare updates and business reports, and use feedback and data to recommend practical improvements.
