Job summary

SAP Academy for Customer Success in Sydney and Melbourne offers a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases, including mentoring by senior CSMs. You will gain experience across SAP functions, focusing on customer success, cloud solutions, and business transformation.

You will work in a hybrid setup and start full-time from day one. Upon successful completion, you transition to a direct customer-facing CSM role in your market, with ongoing coaching and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation.
Proven ability to deliver strategic guidance and solutions that drive customer success and long-term value.
Cooperative and productive approach to working relationships.
Strong ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments.
Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics.
Strong Business Acumen and knowledge of business processes.
Proficiency in English for global engagement.

Responsibilities

Complete a 10-month learn-apply program with classroom and field phases for the CSM role.
Engage in multi-dimensional, experiential learning focused on digital transformation and strategy/tools/process.
Enhance skills in managing customer retention and driving value realization.
Receive onboarding in the local market with training and mentoring by a senior CSM.
Upon completion, transition to a direct customer-facing CSM role in the market.
