Job summary

Cox Purtell is recruiting on behalf of a global Fortune 500 SaaS leader for a Customer Success Program Manager in Sydney. This 9-month contract offers a flexible hybrid setup with a Sydney CBD base and a salary of AUD 126,600 plus Super.

You will translate priorities into practical plans, coordinate UK and Australian teams, deliver local programs from start to finish, monitor progress, raise risks early and report outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management or program delivery.
• Experience in large SaaS or fintech is desirable.
• Proven track record delivering projects from planning to completion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with reporting and updates via spreadsheets and slides.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver local Customer Success projects from start to finish.
• Create clear project plans with tasks, owners and milestones.
• Coordinate Australian and UK teams on priorities and actions.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and resolve issues early.
• Prepare updates and reports, using data to drive improvements.
