Job summary

Blacktown Workers Club Group is seeking an experienced Gaming Analyst to join our Gaming Team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on reconciliations, reporting, cashflow analysis and investigating gaming discrepancies to ensure accurate operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, be detail‑oriented and able to collaborate with Gaming, Finance and operations to deliver timely insights and robust reporting across the business.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in gaming within a licensed club or casino environment.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Gaming Analyst or similar gaming reporting role.
Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working with gaming systems and data.
Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify variances.
Strong communication with Gaming, Finance and operational teams.
Time management and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
NSW RSA and RCG competencies (advantageous).

Responsibilities

Complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly accounting and reconciliation of gaming related items.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly EGM reports to stakeholders.
Maintain and administer the IGT CLUB Gaming System and other systems as required.
Complete cashless and MAG card reporting, investigations and adjustments.
Investigate gaming discrepancies and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Liaise with Finance to ensure gaming reports balance with reconciliations.
Support Gaming Team with system queries and issues.
Respond to customer gaming-related complaints and disputes.
Prepare ad hoc gaming reports and analyses; identify trends for operational decisions.
