Mingara Leisure Group is seeking a highly organised Gaming Administration Officer to support compliance across our Gaming Department. This part-time role (3 days per week) offers opportunities to contribute to regulatory reporting and record-keeping across our clubs on the Central Coast.

Qualifikationen

• Strong administration experience, preferably within a hospitality environment.
• Previous gaming experience or knowledge of gaming systems is highly regarded.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile and maintain gaming records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with gaming machine reconciliations and reporting.
• Prepare and submit regulatory returns and internal reports.
• Maintain accurate records relating to gaming operations, jackpots, promotions and gaming machine movements.
• Support compliance with gaming legislation, responsible gambling requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate gaming promotions and maintain associated records.
• Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
