Bankstown Sports Club is seeking an experienced Gaming Team Leader to drive frontline service and lead a busy gaming department. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with an emphasis on coaching, compliance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage daily gaming operations, develop team capability, and foster a positive workplace culture while aligning with gaming regulations and club policies.

Qualificações

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in Gaming, Hospitality or Club environments.
• Strong knowledge of Gaming operations and relevant legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Valid NSW Competency Card.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, coaching and supporting team members to deliver outstanding customer service
• Supervising daily Gaming operations and ensuring service standards
• Providing ongoing training, feedback and development opportunities
• Managing floor operations, delegating tasks and responding to needs
• Ensuring procedures, reporting and clearance processes are completed accurately
• Maintaining compliance with Gaming regulations and Club policies
• Resolving customer and team concerns professionally
• Promoting a positive, collaborative, high-performance team culture
• Supporting a safe environment for members, guests and staff
