Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur is seeking a proactive Gaming Coordinator to join the Gaming Operations team in Sydney's South-West. You will support day-to-day coordination, compliance, presentation and performance across four installations, contributing to reporting, audits, loyalty programs, promotions and floor moves.

The role suits someone who loves gaming operations, data and systems, with a passion for process improvement and measurable results.

Qualifications

Experience with gaming systems or analysis software; Aristocrat experience is highly regarded.
Knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance and promotions.
Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and administrative support to the Gaming Management Team.
Assist with regulatory compliance, audits and gaming-related reporting.
Coordinate gaming machine floor moves, conversions and installations as required.
Support promotions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor operational information and identify opportunities to improve performance and the member experience.
Act as a reliable point of contact for gaming-related coordination across the business.
