Job summary

Wests Group Macarthur is seeking a proactive Gaming Coordinator to join our Gaming Operations team in Sydney. You will support day-to-day coordination, compliance, presentation and performance of gaming operations across the Group, working with data, systems and process improvements.

You will contribute to reporting, audits, loyalty programs, promotions, installations and floor movements for four gaming installations and 885 machines, requiring strong attention to detail and cross-functional

Qualifications

Experience with gaming systems or analysis software; Aristocrat experience is highly regarded.
Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and administrative support to the Gaming Management Team.
Assist with regulatory compliance, audits and gaming-related reporting.
Coordinate gaming machine floor moves, conversions and installations as required.
Support promotions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor operational information and identify opportunities to improve performance and the member experience.
Act as a reliable point of contact for gaming-related coordination across the business.
