Mingara Leisure Group on the Central Coast invites applications for part-time Gaming Attendants. If you’re fun, caring and passionate about delivering memorable gaming experiences, this is for you. You’ll join a transformed gaming floor and enjoy development support, including ARCG qualification funding.

We are looking for exceptional Gaming Attendants who are fun, caring, genuine and passionate. If you love creating memorable experiences, bringing great energy to every shift and working as part of an amazing team, this could be the opportunity for you!

You’ll have the chance to work alongside our fantastic Gaming team, and we’ll support your development by paying for your Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) qualification.

The purpose of this role is to:

• Create memorable experiences for our customers
• Educate customers about what’s happening at the Club, our product offerings and membership rewards
• Consistently and proactively deliver exceptional customer service
• Embrace the Club’s Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
• Comply with Club policies and procedures, including RSA/RCG requirements
• Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
• Be willing and able to work across a variety of areas within the Club
• Be open to training, development and learning all aspects of the Club
• Help us continuously improve and contribute to a constructive culture where everyone feels welcome
