Qualifications

• Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Current RSA and RCG certificates.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences for customers.
• Educate customers about Club events, products and rewards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Follow Club policies, RSA/RCG requirements.
• Maintain hygiene in the work area.
• Be willing to work across multiple Club areas.
