Job summary

Bankstown Sports is seeking enthusiastic Gaming Attendants to join our busy gaming floor. You will deliver outstanding guest service, maintain a welcoming and safe environment, and support day-to-day operations across gaming, promotions and member activities.

This casual role offers regular hours, opportunities to cross-train into Host, Tray Service, Cashier, Treasury and Premium Guest Host, and a supportive team culture with on-the-job training and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• RSA and RCG Competency Cards or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Build positive relationships and create memorable guest experiences.
• Assist patrons with gaming enquiries and venue information.
• Ensure gaming areas are clean, safe and well-presented at all times.
• Promote responsible gambling practices and comply with all gaming regulations.

• Support club promotions, jackpots, events and member activities.
• Work collaboratively with Gaming, Treasury, Hospitality and Operations teams.

We're currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our team. While these are casual positions, successful candidates can expect regular, consistent hours equivalent to part-time or full-time employment.

About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for our members and guests. Working within our dynamic gaming floor, you'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of one of the region's busiest gaming venues.

Key Responsibilities

Previous gaming, hospitality, customer service or cash handling experience is highly regarded but not essential.
