Job summary

Terrigal Beach House is seeking a confident, caring and proactive Responsible Gaming Attendant on a casual basis to support responsible gaming practices while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You'll bring current NSW RSA and RCG certificates, willingness to obtain ARGC, and a passion for customer service. Join a beachside venue with flexible shifts and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current NSW RSA Certificate.
• Current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Certificate.
• Qualifications or willingness to obtain Advanced Conduct of Gambling (ARGC).
• A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating exceptional customer experiences by delivering beverages and service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Delivering friendly, engaging and memorable customer service across the venue.
• Building genuine relationships with our members and guests.
• Creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout Terrigal Beach House.
• Resolving guest inquiries and concerns confidently and professionally.
• Monitoring gaming areas and promoting responsible gaming practices.
• Conducting responsible gaming interactions when required.
• Providing information regarding support services and self-exclusion programs.
• Maintaining compliance with Responsible Gaming legislation and venue policies.
• Working with the hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We're looking for a confident, caring and proactive Responsible Gaming Attendant to join our team on a casual basis and play an important role in supporting responsible gaming practices while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Providing information regarding support services and self-exclusion programs

• Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

What we’re looking for

We’re searching for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and knows how to make people feel welcome.

You’ll bring:

• Current NSW RSA Certificate
• Current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Certificate
• Qualifications or willingness to obtain Advanced Conduct of Gambling (ARGC)
• A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence engaging with a diverse range of guests
• A calm, professional approach when handling sensitive situations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a bar, gaming or hospitality environment (highly regarded)

Pay

Pay is in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), with all entitlements applied in accordance with Fair Work requirements.

Must hold a current RSA and RCG Certificate.
